Refund guarantee

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, there is no danger. You can return the products to us within 30 days and we will return the money. Please make sure the products are in the same condition as when you received them. We do not have the opportunity to pay for the shipping when you return the products. We can offer you a return slip to be able to send the products back to us. Email us at hanna@skosh.se then we will help you further from there. 

If the products have not been picked up at the agent 

Some of our packages are sent to an agent, where you have to go there and pick up your package. You will receive information about the delivery to your agent via the email you used when you ordered the products from us. You will be reminded to pick up the package twice over a period of 14 days. If the package has not been picked up within this time frame, it will be sent back to us again. 

We recommend you as a customer to frequently check your inbox on your email, which also includes the spam filter, to get access to all information about your delivery. Keep in mind that we can only send the package back to you once. After that, your order will be refunded and you will have to transfer the order again.

Broken, defective or incorrect products 

If you receive a Skosh product and this is damaged or defective, we will of course make sure that you get a whole product or alternatively a refund. 

Please keep all the material you received with the product and the damaged product, so that we can see what went wrong. We may also ask you to send pictures of the defective product or to send the product back to us. Contact us via our customer service at hanna@skosh.se.

Products that have not been used

You can return any product, as long as it is in original condition and shipped within 14 days of receiving it. If you want, you can contact our customer service at hanna@skosh.se where we will tell you what you need to do to return the product to us. We offer a return slip that you receive via email so that you can send the products back to us. As soon as the package reaches us, we will refund you for the product / products. 

Return Policy

You have the right to terminate this agreement within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of right of withdrawal is fourteen days from the day when you or a third party appointed by you, who is not a carrier, has received or taken possession of the goods. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Skosh AB, Anckargripsgatan 3, 21119 Malmö Sweden, hej@skosh.se, telephone: +46 73 479 49 02) through a clear statement (for example by letter or e-mail) about your decision to terminate this agreement. You can use the attached example on the revocation form, which is not mandatory.

To fulfill the possibility of a right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the right of withdrawal. 


Consequences of recall
If you revoke this agreement, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs for sending the products to you (excluding the costs for returning the item), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we are notified your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you: under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. 

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of termination of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct costs of returning the products. You will only have to pay for any loss of value on the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary to test their condition, properties and functionality.
