WE PARTNERED UP WITH KEEP SWEDEN CLEAN

TOGETHER FOR A CLEAN FUTURE

Keep Sweden Clean is a non-profit organization known for arranging Sweden's largest litter-picking events. Beyond that they inspire the next generation to participate in the change towards a sustainable world.

We from Skosh are officially partnering up with Håll Sverige Rent to collaboratively reduce waste, to empower the youth & to clean-up Sweden's coast lines.

THE NORDIC COASTLINES NEED A CLEAN-UP

You've heard it all before. One garbage truck full of waste is dumped into our oceans every minute and by 2050 we will have more plastic debris than fish in our oceans. Unfortunately, those facts are true and the plastic-waste issue doesnt stop for the Nordic countries. In fact, the Nordics are surrounded by coastlines which makes the need to act much stronger.

This is why we are partnering up with over 180.000 volunteers that collected over 120 tons of litter in the past year.

GETTING OUR HANDS DIRTY

Our support does not stop there. We're located in Malmö, close to the beach. Here we organize frequent plastic-picking events with friends, family members and people that want to give back. If you're living in the area of Malmö join our Facebook group and contribute to a clean future.

How ARE WE CONTRIBUTING?

Håll Sverige Rent works with many different projects that all work towards their vision of no more littering. As an official partner, we make a monthly donation to Håll Sverige Rent to support all the important work that they do. In addition to this, we also participate in their nationwide clean-up events which are hosted a few times a year. Want to know more? QUICK Q&A with Ph.d. Eva Blidberg from Keep Sweden clean

"If all plastic that's found during one week in Sweden would instead have been recycled, it would have resulted in a reduction of CO2 emissions by 16 tons. That is as many as 16 flights between Stockholm and Rome"
